SherePunjab or the “Lions of Punjab” is based in Singapore and have been performing, teaching and coaching since 2001. We share an undying drive for excellence which carries to our highly acclaimed style of Bhangra. We strive to continuously revitalize the bhangra scene in Singapore with authenticity. Every SherePunjab performance promises the true flavour of an exclusive dance form from a faraway land in Punjab, India.

Who we are
Steeped in faith in one God, trust in each other and love in our hearts, SherePunjab has been a pioneer in the Singapore bhangra scene on many fronts.
History in the making
SherePunjab is the first and longest-serving bhangra dance troupe to have had multi-racial and female bhangra dancers at most of its showcases. This is a feat considering bhangra is a masculine dance form and its music, completely incomprehensible to individuals from other ethnic backgrounds.
One with the community
SherePunjab has also established itself as a household name particularly within the Singaporean Punjabi/Sikh community. Its accolades at various national bhangra competitions represents why it rests firmly on the pinnacle of Southeast Asian bhangra.
